Application has today been made for 64,147,004 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), to be admitted to trading on AIM. These Ordinary Shares are being listed to satisfy the vendor’s consideration pursuant to the acquisition by Brainspark of Infusion S. p. A. announced on 29 October 2002. Admission is expected to take place on 20 November 2002.
