                              Share price movement

The Company notes the movement in its share price. The Company announces that it
is in advanced discussions in relation to a possible transaction whereby the
Company may grant a call option over its 16.2 per cent. investment in Advanced
Computer Systems SpA ("ACS"), an Italian based software company which is held in
the Company's balance sheet at a book value of £1.43 million.

There can be no assurance whether or not the envisaged transaction will be
proceed and a further announcement will be made in due course.
